At the present time we have
six products available for our wholesale customers. Fresh Nopal,
Powdered Nopal, Packaged Nopal and Liquid Nopal.
Nopal Powder
Our powder can be processed in
various densities or meshes, packed the way you desire, and shipped the way
you require.
Nopal powder
is normally shipped in 25 Kilo Sacks - Inner Bag Heavy Duty
transparent Plastic. Outer sacks Two (2) Triple stitched
poly-plastic Sacks / Small orders can be packed in 1 Kilo and 5
Kilo Plastic Bags and then Boxed in 20 Kilo Cartons

Fresh Nopal
All of our Fresh Nopal is 100% organic, harvested
and packed by hand in the mountains of Mexico. It is shipped
to the US on the day its picked in a refrigerated truck.
Fresh Nopal is available FOB Mexico City, or our distributor in
Phoenix Arizona. It comes in 18 Kilo wooden crates. In
the near future we hope to be able to ship smaller amounts Fed
Express direct to your home from our warehouse in Phoenix.

Nopal Juice Concentrate (Nopanol) –
This is a high quality product made from Prime Nopal, We spent
months developing the healthiest and most vitamin rich product on
the market. This product is pasteurized and heat sterilized.
It is concentrated and its best to dilute it with 4 or 5 parts of
water or fruit juice. Diluted with water, a package of Splenda
and a teaspoon or two of lime juice it makes a refreshing and
healthful drink.
Made up of
Opuntia ficus indica (vegetable variety) Nopal Cactus with a
tiny bit of Natural Organic preservatives. No
artificial preservatives or other ingredients are used.
This Product is the base product for Juice drinks and for cosmetic products.
The liquid can be packaged in 1 liter, 20 liter, 50
liter and 100 liter sealed plastic containers. (roughly 4 liters to
a gallon. Once the container is opened it will need to be
refrigerated. we custom process for each shipment to
insure freshness.

Fresh Nopal is a wonderful food but it has a shelf life of only 10
days and 4 to 5 days of that is spent on being shipped to the US.
We have came up with a way for restaurants and other commercial
kitchens to serve almost fresh Nopal. We very lightly process
the Nopal and package it fresh into Polypropylene bags.
We have three different versions of Nopal.
Lightly processed and packaged in
a brine sauce. Just rinse and use in any recipe the same as
you would fresh Nopal. |

Nopal in a escabeche (vinegar sauce).
To the Nopal, chili, and other vegetables are added with a
vinegar sauce to make a great appetizer. You can taste the
Chili but its not hot.
This is ready to serve, just open the bag and plate. |

Nopal in Mestiza sauce. A dry
chili powder and other spices are added to our fresh Nopal to make a
very hot, spicy dip or other appetizer.
This is ready to serve, just open the bag and plate or mix
with other items to have a house specialty. It is excellent
served hot or cold with any meat and is very tasty served over eggs. |

Salsitas is a Salsa Verde made
with Nopal. This is a ready to serve Nopal sauce. Or you can
use it as a base to make other interesting sauces. Added to an
equal portion of Chicken Soup it makes a fantastic and different
base for almost any meat.

Cosmetics. Listed below are a few products being sold in
Mexico but as this time are not available for export. They are
listed here to give you an idea what you can do with our liquid
Nopal Concentrate.
Nopal Hair Gel
– Nopanol is the primary active ingredient. Other ingredients are:
Vegetable based glycerin, fragrance, setter ingredients, grapefruit
seed extract. No artificial preservatives or other ingredients are
used.
Nopal Body Cream - Nopanol is the
primary active ingredient. Other ingredients are: Vegetable based
glycerin, vegetable based moisturizer, natural oils, fragrance,
grapefruit seed extract. No artificial preservatives or other
ingredients are used.
Nopal Shampoo
Nopanol is the primary active ingredient. Other ingredients are:
proteins, vitamins, coconut extracts, vegetable extracts, fragrance,
grapefruit seed extract. No artificial preservatives or other
ingredients are used.
